What can I do if my Jump Start license is valid but updates aren't working?

First, make sure you've followed the directions in the following article to get updates for Jump Start setup properly.


Assuming you've got everything setup correctly and you have an active Jump Start license, it's still possible you may occasionally see this error:

An error occurred while updating Jump Start: Download failed. Unauthorized.

Sometimes it happens, where even though it says your license is "active" at Appearance > Theme License in your WordPress admin, that the actual connection with our servers has been lost. When this happens, you just need to re-establish the connection. 

To do that, go to Appearance > Theme License in your WordPress admin, delete the current license key and save the page. Then input your license key again, save, and activate it.
